April

Guessing by the 40+ pictures in this post, we had a lot of fun in April!

These two have been getting along so great lately and playing so well.  In fact, Emery said the other morning, "I love having a 3 year old brother.  I hope he never turns 4!"

My beautiful besty with our babies at Trafalga.

Bek and her fun-loving Luke.

Crazy faces at dinner.

Izzy getting into trouble!!

Most of the youth in our ward participating in a Family History training.  Made me really glad we have a big (somewhat empty) living room to fit them all!

Em with her super-cute gymnastics teacher from her beginning class.  She moved up to level 1!

Van reading and Izzy pulling all of the books off the shelf.  I'll bet Van is glad to not be the only trouble-maker anymore.  :)

Early morning snuggles with Grandma

Squishy sleepy face

She snagged the chocolate covered strawberry at Zuppas.  This girl loves her sugar!

"How big is Izzy?"  "Soooo big!"

Oh my cute.

Pretty baby.

So proud of herself.

We split a chin open one morning.  It involved some super glue, but thankfully no stitches.  :)

A nap in the bike trailer one day.  Ha.

She loves the bark at the park and has figured out its for playing with, not eating.

I found Iz all sad and barricaded in under the piano one morning.  Oh, big brothers!

Mine and some of the neighborhood kids on one of the giant dirt piles in our neighborhood.

Cute Vander.

Oh my heck, I love this baby.

Van figured out the monkey bars.

Who, me?

Emery "The Horse Whisperer" on one of our bike rides.

Van despises church clothes.  I'm lucky if I can get him to wear a polo shirt (and it has to have a hidden truck shirt underneath). One morning though, Aaron convinced him that if he wanted to look like a missionary he needed to wear a white shirt like daddy.  So here are my handsome boys.

You might want to enlarge this one.  Van's face is hilarious.

This one too.  (And I might mention this was the ONLY Sunday he wore a church shirt.)

Iz and her Grandma

All 6 of our girls.  One of our chickens lays green eggs.  So fun!

They love their chickens.

Love this pretty girl.

Cutest, whitest, squishiest baby EVER!!!

Do you like her bat teeth?  This is how Emery's came in, too.  Thankfully the front 2 have come in.  Her smile was hilarious for a month!

She loves to read in her bed.  It's adorable.  She loves books so much I think she'd read them all day.

Cute kids on a family bike ride.

With some frequency Emery skids to a stop on her bike in the middle of the trail, bolts off her bike, and jumps into the brush to grab a snake.

She's plugging her nose because the snakes always get scared and pee on her.... and it smells.

Van poured dirt all over her head this day.  This is how her head looked when we took her helmet off.  Ha.

Oobleck we made one chilly afternoon.  They played with it for almost 2 hours.  It made a huge, and surprisingly very easy to clean up, mess.

Izzy and her little buddy, Alice.

Buddy Van off his training wheels.  Em got hers off and then Van did about a week later.  I can't say enough about the balance bike (like this one)!

Van helping Aaron put up a hook in the bathroom.  He was so happy to be sitting on dad's head AND using a screwdriver.
