RJW Grandkids Campout - Zion

We met my dad, my neices and nephews and my brother Matthew and sis-in-law Amy in Zion for the annual grandkids campout in August.  This is the 1st year my dad had them all together.  It was such a blast!  Thanks, Mom and Dad, for a great trip!
Emery with Izzy and Delena.  This is the 1st time I'd met her in person.  I teared up when I did.  She's so sweet!

Emery and Miles.

Can you tell these two were happy to be together?

Emery caught a lizard.  She was clearly thrilled with herself.

Izzy fell asleep on Grandpa's head.  Thank goodness she transferred to her crib for the rest of her nap.

All 8 grandkids!

Izzy LOVED Jacob.  He is so great with kids.

Van took a serious spill on his bike (not his fault, though!).  Like that goose egg?

This girl is serious about her chocolate.

I LOVE these pictures!  So precious!  My parents love their grandkids so much and it was such a great trip!

August

Here are a few pics from August.
Aaron's baby sister, Amy, married Cameron - the man of her dreams!  Which deserves a post all of its own... but I don't have any pics.  I stole these from Linds.  I actually took tons of pics... on mom's camera!

The kids and their friend Abby holding chickens.

Emery reading to Izzy for the 1st time.  Cute!!!  Her reading is getting so much better!

Van figured out how to ride one of the 20 in mountain bikes.  Wow, Van.  What's next, dude?

My little tomato cages.

Surprise party for Grandma Terry's bday!!
3 of the 2011-12 cousin batch.  Diesel, Iz and Marshall.

Iz and Van playing in the newly dumped sand for our HUGE sandbox.  Under my parents raised deck!  Brilliant!

Baby laying on the kitchen floor eating a peach.  Life is hard.

Van having a play date.  We're trying to do more of those with Emery in school all afternoon.

Fun at the park!

Helping dad put the sand in.

A fun day in SLC all together.  Temple square, Joseph Smith movie, Church History kids museum, farmers market, Discovery Museum and the fountains at the Gateway
Aaron and Van went to the Father and Son's campout.  Always a life highlight for Van.  He loves being outside just him and dad.
